What to Expect
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you're bathed in waves of healing sound from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. You simply lie down, relax, and let the vibrations wash over you.
Who are sound baths for?
Adults 18+ are welcome, regardless of experience. Sound baths are especially beneficial for those seeking stress relief, deeper meditation, better sleep, or simply a moment of peace in their busy lives.
What to bring?
Wear comfortable, layered clothing. We provide yoga mats and blankets, but feel free to bring your own mat, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort. Leave phones silenced or in your bag.
When to arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in, settle in your space, and transition into a relaxed state. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins.
